At the request of my client, Mrs. Eleanor Parker, this letter serves as formal notice that all contracts personally executed by Mrs. Parker concerning the wedding held at Green Valley Estate remain solely under her legal authority until final settlement has been completed.

Because Mrs. Parker was denied access to the event for which she remains the contracting party, she has instructed our office to suspend final authorization of payment pending legal review.
